Return & Refund Policy 

At AIERAC, we aim to deliver high-quality web design, development, and digital services. Since our work involves custom-built solutions, strategy, technical implementation, and digital assets, our return and refund policy is structured to be clear, fair, and transparent.


1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our services (custom design, development, configuration, content work, digital strategy, and consulting), we do not offer refunds once work has begun on any project.

However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we will work with you to resolve any concerns related to quality, delivery, or agreed scope.


2. Refund Eligibility (Before Work Begins)

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund only if:

  • The project has not started.
  • No design, development, or research work has been initiated.
  • No resources, licenses, or paid tools have been purchased for your project.
  • If approved, refunds for advance payments may take 7–10 business days to process.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following fees and services are non-refundable:

  • Custom web design & development services
  • Content writing, SEO setup, and strategy work
  • Maintenance plans (for periods already started)
  • Third-party licenses (themes, plugins, APIs)
  • Domain, hosting, or email services
  • Completed milestones or delivered work
  • Urgent or express delivery charges

4. Project Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project after work has started:

  • You will be billed for all completed milestones or work done up to the cancellation date.
  • Any remaining balance must be settled before project files are handed over (if applicable).
  • Advance payments will not be refunded.

We can pause the project and resume later if mutually agreed.


5. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

AIERAC provides revisions as per the chosen plan or proposal.

If you are not satisfied with delivered work:

  • We will revise based on agreed scope.
  • Any changes outside the scope will be billed additionally.
  • We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction after work has been delivered.

6. Digital Products (If Applicable)

For downloadable digital items (templates, code packages, UI kits):

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds will be issued once the digital product has been downloaded or delivered.

7. Service Delivery Delays

If AIERAC causes an unreasonable and unexplained delay beyond the agreed timeline:

  • We will offer project credits or a partial adjustment if appropriate.
  • Refunds will not be issued unless AIERAC fails to deliver ANY work.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

In case of a dispute or chargeback:

  • All project work will be paused immediately.
  • Legal and administrative procedures may apply.
  • We encourage resolving issues directly with us for faster resolution.
